والمتواجده على قمر بدر 26 شرق

حيث إن الكرت لدى به عطل فى كثير من الترددات
وخاصة الترددات الافقيه

لذا لا يسعنى التجربه ومعرفة
هل تفتح تلك القنوات بالبلجن ام لا

شرح كيف تعمل قنوات الـ BeOutQ
ببرنامج TSReader و Vlc

This is how BeOutQ Works For
TSReader,Vlc

Update your TSReader to its latest version
(at leastV2.8.53a)
This version supports H.265 Videos

Update your VLC player to its latest version too
(at least version 3.x)

Tune to 12341H transponder

(4)
Select `File->Load manual channels` menu option and then open the `1-BeoutQ-12340-H.tmc` file

Tune to its first channel to find the keys
(see the new TOT tab for more details)

Now tune to 11919H transponder

Select `File->Load manual channels` menu option and then open the `2-BeoutQ-11919-H.tmc` file

Tune to one its 10 channels to view it

: Tip

To play x265 videos with VLC smoothly (with less discontinuity errors/glitches), you should increase the `network caching`

VLC -> Tools menu -> Preferences -> Show settings -> All -> Input/Codecs -> Advanced -> Network caching





PowerVU Emu is an standalone emulator for
DVB-Viewer-Pro, DVB-Dream, SmartDVB, TSReader and ProgDVB.


Usage (DVB-Viewer-Pro):
-----------------------
- Copy its .dll, .ini & Softcam.Key files to the `Plugins` folder of the DVB-Viewer-Pro.
- Its key formats are:
P Ident KeyIndex Key ; Comments
or
P IdentVideoPidAudioPi d KeyIndex Key ; Comments
- Disable other plugins that are able to decrypt the PowerVU. Only one plugin is able to decrypt the same TS(Audio/Video) correctly at once. If you are using vPlug, you need to delete its PowerVU.mdl to disable its PowerVU support.
- Also don't forget to use a better direct show filter, such as LAVFilters, to avoid glitches.

Usage (DVBDream):

- Copy its .dll, .ini & Softcam.Key files to the `Modules` folder of the DVBDream. Then change the extension of the .dll file to .mod.

Usage (TSReader):
-----------------------
- Copy its .dll, .ini & Softcam.Key files to the `MDPlugins` folder of the TSReader (Page Redirection).

Usage (SmartDVB):
-----------------------
- Copy its .dll, .ini & Softcam.Key files to the `Plugins` folder of the SmartDVB (http://www.smartdvb.net/).

Usage (ProgDVB X86):
-----------------------
- Copy its .dll, .ini & Softcam.Key files to the `Plugins` folder of

the ProgDVB (ProgDVB home page)
